Lights
that the traffic light at that corner was blinking. Flashing red. As
f the power had gone out or someone had hit the traffic light
controller. Neither seemed to be the case, but I didn't think much
more about it.
Once on the bus, I saw that the lights at the next intersection
Strange. As we continued, I noticed that every other intersection had
flashing red lights instead of normally functioning traffic lights.
And so it went, all the way to work. Every other intersection.
When I finally got into work, one of my coworkers came in late. "Oh
my god," she said. "Every other intersection had flashing red lights."
Weird.
