Subject: new groups.
While a proliferation of newsgroups is not good, since when
does one need to "ask permssion" for a news group, and of whom?
I see more discussion of groups than information at times.
A better strategy is to have perodic cleanup of any directory (group)
that is not active for more than n (say 4) weeks. A once a month
housecleaning is reasonable.
Please, lets not rant and rave over this.
It's just an opinion.
