The United States National Science Foundation Research Experiences for Undergraduates 
(REU) program provides support for undergraduate students in science and engineering
offered during summer months. Recruitment of students from outside the host institution 
s encouraged. REU Supplements are associated with individual NSF awards and are typically
limited to one or two undergraduate students.
