Don't Take These Otherworldly Bird Stories Lightly - Odd Nugget
If crocodiles are the closest living relatives of the dinosaurs and if birds descended from dinosaurs, it would explain why crocodile tastes like chicken..
Yet and still...
The best bird stories are super weird and difficult to forget. Read on for all of that and maybe a bit more...
Moths and Cultivars
Born within the sound of sand and Scottish madonnas.
Ten poems by Lin Tarczynski.
I was entranced by the colorful bird flying gracefully through the sky.
So much so that I didn't realize its size until it descended upon me.

Ocean's Gift (Book of the Ocean's Gift series)
Sirens dont fall in love with humans.
For centuries it has been so But Sirena is different.
She lost her first love to sharks and a storm, cursing the islands that stole him from her.
Times have changed and she must swim ashore once more, to the islands she once cursed.
Gone are the boats powered by sail and steam jet boats with GPS are now the order of the day.
Enter Joe, the deckhand on the Dolphin.
A handy man to have around when the lights go out.
Hell fix your generator and have the lights back on in no time, no worries.
But can he seduce a siren? Or will she swim away before he can uncover her secret? A book about lobsters, beer and boobs, on some cursed islands off the coast of Western Australia.
At least, that's how Joe tells it.
For Sirena, it's a very different story.
You'll never look at mermaids the same way again.

What if aliens are just ancient birds from Earths past?
They advanced far beyond the other animals, much as humans have among mammals, and left when the extinction event occurred that killed the dinosaurs. Now they're back and have found Earth populated by a new type of sentient creatures.
First. I wonder what's more likely, hyper-advanced beings develop twice on the same planet, despite each being a different animal class, or, that a species of even more advanced beings created both us, and our current advanced avian visitors. This is a possibility.
Second, disregarding the possibility of a master species, master of the greengrey avian visitors, and us, this might explain why people say they have 'bases' under the oceans. They learned their lesson the first time not to build too much on the surface, as it's too vulnerable relatively speaking and might be why they seem to have little interest in invading andor using our dry land.
It might explain why they are such advanced experts in flight, why the ancients worshiped birds such as the Egyptian ultimate Sun god Ra (in a way showing friendliness and understanding to their avian alien visitors possibly), or their depiction in alien-related movies such as the owl in 'The Fourth Kind'.
They seem to keep their distance just as birds do and are rarely ever seen on the ground, maybe for a brief moment before they take off again, like a bird; they even seem to act like birds, just as humans in some ways act like their other ape relatives.
I think what might fascinate them most about humans is the fact that we are sentient, and our culture.
Culture is what is unique, it's in part what makes us mammals, and it's also in part what makes us humans. If there is one thing we have that they don't, it's our culture. Our food, movies, music, behaviors, reactions, everything, that they are probably quite interested in, but much like birds they might be fundamentally predatorial just a bit, but that doesn't necessarily mean evil and dangerous, and it's our relatively calm temperament that also probably fascinates them to some degree (being mammals).
Edit: Greetings everyone. Birds actually evolved alongside dinosaurs and are probably real. Let your thoughts be known in the comments if you want.
Also, because they are birds doesn't necessarily mean they have wings, feathers, or beaks, much like how our physiology and behavior in many ways differs from other mammals and apes, theirs too may differ from other birds, but the genetic relativity is still present.
That's all for now. Thanks for reading. Thank you.

I saw something fall from the sky and turn into birds?
Not fully sure how to explain it because even I think it sounds crazy.
Yesterday I was driving down the interstate when I noticed some weird elongated hexagon shape kinda falling down out of no where. It seemed transparent because it'd go from me being able to somewhat seeing it to not seeing it all while I kept watching it In the same spot. Then it turned into a small flock of birds which would phase in and out of being able to see it to not seeing it. Then they just disappeared and a bigger bird spawned where they smaller flock was before. After the bigger bird disappeared and then I noticed airplane trails in the sky that weren't there before.
Could of it been just birds and me just seeing things? Possibly.
It just felt like I saw something I wasn't supposed to and it just kinda slowly Changed into different things slowly to kinda phase out? I'm not sure. I feel crazy trying to explain it. I tried recording it but was to late to pick up any of it.

A story about seduction and sharks, parenthood and penguins, at some coral islands off the coast of Western Australia, plus a few other places, too.
You'll never look at mermaids the same way again.
This is a preview of the second book in the Ocean's Gift series, which is available in ebook wherever you buy good ebooks.
The forest is so calm, yet so active in the morning, birds are singing, flowers are blooming and the wind feels so nice.
It's such a shame that I only started appreciating it after I hanged myself.
