Can You Handle These Crazy Circus Stories? - Odd Nugget
The Kids Aren't Alright
The year is 1988, and Finn, Ronan, Becca and Jasper are spending the summer at a reformatory camp located deep in the Yukon.
The camp, named Lightlake, is the last chance the teens have to get their lives back on track, but changing for the better isn't easy - and especially not at a place like Lightlake, where secrets outnumber the campers and myths have a way of coming to life.

What you've seen here tonight, will haunt your nightmares for the rest of your lives, said the circus master to the crowd.
And as I heard all the doors lock, saw the lights go out, and heard the screaming start, I realized it wouldn't be that long.

Extremely Haunted Donut Shop
Alright so let me just start off by saying I'm not the best writer by any means, but all of the experiences I am going to share are 100 true.
To start off, I work at a donut shop that is open literally 24 hours a day. Everyone wonders why we're open so late but homies need their donuts so it is what it is. I am "lucky" enough to work late night shifts which I guess is prime time for paranormal activity. When I first got hired, I was pretty indifferent to the ideas of ghost, spirts, demons, etc. I'm a college student so I have a lot more important things on my mind like not drowning my @$# in debt or just having a good time. Right after I got hired, one of my friends who convinced me to get the job asked me what position I got hired for. When he found out it was for the late night shifts, my guy busts up laughing and says "Good luck bro hope you know how to catch flying donut boxes." He's usually a bit of a clown so I really didn't think anything of it.
The first experience I had came on my very first night. I was being trained on how to ring up orders correctly and navigate the menu system. It was around 2 AM at this point and it really wasn't too busy so my trainer felt like he could leave me on my own for a bit and to call him over if I ran into any trouble. I pulled out my phone and started to run my playlist when all of a sudden I felt a cold finger tap me just under my shoulder. This made me freak the hell out immediately for one reason: My back was to the glass used to separate the customers from the register (Covid) which means nobody could be standing there. I immediately turned around only to see nobody there and I called over my trainer to explain what just happened. He just nodded and smiled before saying "Yep, welcome to the job, kid. Surprised it took this long for something to happen honestly." The rest of my night was a tale of donut boxes constantly being thrown from shelves, lights turning on and off, my phone battery draining from 70 to 5 in about 5 minutes, you name it.
One of my most frightening experiences to date though involved me actually seeing something. One of my duties at my job is to check the bathrooms to make sure they are clean and everything is in working order. One of the nights I had to do this, my manager was with me. We began wiping down the sink when all of a sudden the door swung open. We both turned to look at the doorway and a HUGE guy walks in. He was probably close to 6'5-6'6 with a beard that would give gandalf a run for his money. When he walked in a bit closer, the room just filled with the stench of rotten sour @$#. It smelled like someone went to chipotle, ordered everything on the menu, and decided to unleash the depths of hell on our walls. This guy looks at me and asks if the bathroom is open to use. Me, assuming the man needed to unleash the contents of his pants, grabbed my things and walked out with my manager to let him do his thing. We both waited right outside the bathroom door for about 5 minutes before my manager suggested we go check on him. When we walked back in, it was completely silent and the stall door was closed. My manager and I both looked at each other in confusion and decided to knock on the stall door: No answer. I push it a little bit and it was unlocked, nobody was there. This dude was nowhere to be found and there is only one exit out of that bathroom, I can say for absolutely certain he did not walk out of that bathroom.
Obviously there have been so many more experiences that have occurred not only to me, but to everyone who works there as well. I will say though, it is a lot more fun to be the veteran of this place watching the new hires get freaked out at the voices, flying donut boxes, physical touches, etc because now I've been through it all and seen it all.
EDIT: I totally get thinking a lot of what being reported here is farfetched or unbelievable, but these really are experiences I and other co workers have had. It is worth nothing though there are of course some nights where absolutely nothing happens and it seems totally normal so while these things do happen relatively often, it isn't like some circus for a first time customer trying to enjoy some donuts.

Some things to get to know about me!
For years, I went to a traveling circus know for its wacky mirrors whenever it came into town.
I dont know how they do it, but they even have ones where the reflection doesnt mirror your movements and stares as you.

Ghost in the Circus
I'll try to make everything as short as possible. Firstly, a bit of backstory.
I ended up becoming a circus performer at 17, travelled the world (as an acrobat), mainly working within hotels. But this experience happened within a static circus that ran bigger shows only during certain seasons and I was living there in off season. In the day, there were people around sometimes for events or even classes, but at night I was the only 1 there.
1 night I was cooking my dinner in a kitchen area, the area was closed by a makeshift divider of 2 pieces of fabric at an entryway the size of a doorframe, but could block sight and allow you to pass.
When I finished cooking I went to walk through the divider when I was blocked by what felt like a person on the other side. I apologised, thinking I'd bumped into someone (possibly maintenance staying late), but after no response, I checked the other side to find no1 and nothing at all that could've blocked me.
I felt it was definitely weird, but I'm a logical person, so I spent the next 5 minutes trying to recreate the situation, I stood on the fabric and leant against it, I was holding a knife so I checked if it getting stuck in the fabric could create the effect. Nothing I did felt the same as me hitting that solid object.
The next day, I spoke to workers who'd worked there for years and they said that there had been stories in the past of soundsfootsteps in the night and general ghost stories. I know this isn't some scary ghost story and truthfully I don't really know what happened, but I tried to make sense of the situation and I really wanted to not believe my initial emotional response, by proving myself wrong.

The carnival brings heart racing faulty show rides from the 90s, rigged five dollar games run by money hungry carnies, deep fried years old food, and your fair share of weirdos.
But, it also brings a tiny circus and all those peculiar characters who perform in there, like 'the ribbon boy'.
the ribbon boy' is a performer Finley has became hopelessly obsessed with.
But getting close this boy means getting closer to the circuses secrets.
Which might turn fatal if Finley's not careful.-Read To Find Out Moooore Warnings: Death, Inexplicit Implicated Sexual Content, Inconsistent Posting, Bad Grammar, Out Of Control Storyline.
My wife told me that our son told her about the annoying clown teasing him in the circus.
Surprised, I corrected her that we went to the zoo.
